We are a RMI approved workshop and listed by a number of warranty insurance companies. Book an appointment and we’ll do your claim on your behalf.
CLAIMS PROCESS
Vehicles checked in for claims must include warranty information, such as the policy number and contact details. Faulty components must be removed before submitting a claim.
An assessor will be dispatched to evaluate the damage. Once an authorization number is received from the insurance company, vehicle repairs can commence. Please note that your vehicle may need to stay with us for 2-3 days. All insurance claim work comes with a 12-month guarantee.
